It is my great pleasure to invite you to adjudicate The Yankee Classic 2026!
The compensation for your service at the event is $750.
Please arrive on Wednesday evening, the event will start on Thursday morning and will end around 3 pm on Sunday. Check out is on Sunday or on Monday if there is no reasonable airfare in the evening, please let me know in advance.
On Wednesday evening please join the reception at this suite, food and drinks will be available.
Please inform the chairman if your relatives are competing at the event.
The Night Club theme will be “Joker, Clown and The Queen” or anything close to it, have fun with the outfit on Thursday evening.
Day time attire- Business
Evening- Formal
On the Saturday Night we have a team match International vs American style or Blue and Red teams in case you would like to coordinate colors but it’s up to you.
Please let me know what preferences do you have for the drinks at the hospitality suite, I will try to get it all.
The event starts on Thursday morning June 18 and will end around 3pm on Sunday June 21. Please arrive to Hilton Boston/Woburn hotel on Wednesday evening and arrange your tickets to leave on Sunday at the end of season.
The organizer is providing all the meals, rooms Wednesday-Sunday and travel expenses. Please book your flight at the earliest convenience.
We have a hospitality suite available for you on every night starting from Wednesday with home made food and alcohol drinks in addition to a breakfast, lunch and dinner for the officials on the first floor served in a separate room.
Thursday evening session will be a Night Club event with a theme Doctors and Patients. Please use your imagination to dress up as crazy as possible.
Dress code:
- All day sessions- Business
- Friday evening- Formal
- Saturday evening Ladies- Red dress, Gentlemen- White Jacket.
If you are traveling with family please let us know and we will arrange the tickets for all sessions.
If you are flying in to Boston Logan International Airport please take Uber to the hotel.
If you are traveling by car the hotel has complimentary parking.
