It gives us great pleasure to invite you to officiate as Chairman of Judges at The Yankee Classic & New England Dancesport Championships 2024.
Details of the event are listed below. Please review everything carefully, provide the information requested, and most importantly sign and submit the form to accept the terms of the contract.
Location: Hilton Boston/Woburn
Preferred Arrival/Departure dates: Thursday June 15, 2023 6:00 PM / Sunday June 18, 2023 6:00 PM
Approximate Competition Start Time/Date: Thursday June 13, 2024 08:00am
Room reservations will be reserved for you based on the dates above. If you need to arrive earlier or depart later than the above dates, please let our coordinator know so the rooming block can be changed. Final rooming block is required by May 23, 2024. A single room night rate is $175; for convenience any additional room nights will be deducted from your fee.
Dress Code:
- Friday night wear Yellow with the Theme "All you need is love"
- Saturday Evening is formal
- Best business for all other sessions
Your compensation for the event will be $1800, plus all applicable travel expenses.
